Who should attend
The practice owner, physician, or medical director who will make the decision — plus anyone who'd help run the program day to day.
How long it takes
Around 30 minutes. Enough time to cover your practice, the technology, and the economics without wasting yours.
What you'll leave with
A clear answer on fit, an understanding of the program structure, and — if it makes sense — a next step.
Is your practice a fit?
"Qualified practice" shouldn't be a vague phrase. Here's what we actually look at — final fit is confirmed together during your demo, not decided by a website.
Generally a good fit
- Licensed healthcare practice with appropriate provider oversight
- Treatment space that can accommodate a SoftWave block
- An existing musculoskeletal-relevant patient population
- Located within Wave The Pain Away's current service area (Palatine, IL & the Chicago Northwest Suburbs)
- Willing to complete onboarding/training and schedule treatment blocks
Wave The Pain Away may not be the right fit if
- Your practice is well outside the current service area
- You already own and are fully utilizing a SoftWave device
- Your practice can't support scheduled treatment-block workflow
- You're not able to meet program qualification requirements reviewed during onboarding
None of this is disqualifying on its own — it's just what a useful first conversation covers.
