SoftWave TRT holds FDA 510(k) clearance for specific labeled indications, including activation of connective tissue, temporary increase in local blood circulation, and temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain, stiffness, and muscle spasm. Separate 510(k) clearances apply to the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers and superficial second-degree burns. "FDA cleared" is not the same as "FDA approved"; SoftWave TRT is cleared, not approved. Nothing on this website should be read as a claim that SoftWave TRT cures any disease, guarantees any outcome, or is appropriate for every patient. Clinical appropriateness for any individual patient is determined by the treating, licensed healthcare provider, based on their own judgment, applicable scope-of-practice rules, and the device's actual labeling.
